Before many new moms had their babies, they often wondered and dreamed about what they'd be like. Would they be laid back? Would they be fussy? Would they be active? Would they sleep through the night? What would they look like?
For one mom, Sarah Kelleher Steppling, some of those questions were answered by a 3D ultrasound photo.
Steppling probably could have guessed that she'd have a pretty laid back baby after seeing her son, Michael Steppling's, chill pose on the ultrasound photo when she was 38 weeks pregnant.

Three weeks after he was born, while looking through her ultrasound photos, she realized that her son still relaxed in the same position as he did in the womb, so she posted a side-by-side image on Reddit, captioning it, "Pretty sure no one switched my baby at birth. Progress from 3 weeks left inside to 3 weeks on the outside."
“From day one, this kid knew how to relax,” Steppling told Yahoo Lifestyle after her photo started going viral. “He always slept with his hands up like that. If you were to go through my phone right now, you’d find probably about a million and a half images of him sleeping in that exact same position. One day, I thought to go back and look at his ultrasound pictures. I saw that one and was like, ‘OMG! He sleeps just like that now!’”
