If you have purchased a Britax/BOB B-Safe 35 Infant Car Seat please check the label to see if it was manufactured between November 1, 2015 and May 31, 2017

If your seat has been manufactured within these dates, please go to this recall site Britax has set up and follow the directions to receive your free remedy kit. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.

According to Britax:

"Consumers can continue to safely use the seats while they await their free kit as long as they remove the chest clip or monitor the center tab of the chest clip for signs of breakage. The chest clip is not a required safety device: it is added to the harness system to help position the shoulder straps.

Always ensure that the harness straps are properly positioned at or slightly below the child’s shoulders and that the webbing cannot be vertically pinched at the child’s collar bone.
