Eddie Bauer Baby Carriers Are Being Recalled

Some of the carriers have breaking buckles.

Some black Eddie Bauer baby carriers pose a potential danger to babies. Eight incidents have been reported in which the buckles on these carriers broke. No babies have been seriously injured, but consumers who bought the carrier are eligible for a recall.

The carriers, labeled "First Adventure", sold at Target from December 2017 through August. Approximately 22,000 carriers are subject to this buckle issue. To learn if your carrier is one of these, call Gold, Inc., at 866-600-7205.

If your carrier is subject to the recall, cut off the straps and tag and mail them with your contact information. Click here for more details about Eddie Bauer's faulty carrier line.
