"Angel in Target" Comes to the Rescue for Young Mom

Would you interrupt your day for a random act of kindness?

While going to Target can be a much-needed escape for many moms, it can also be scary for moms of newborns.

We all remember what it was like venturing out to the store for the first time after baby was born - and that feeling gets multiplied with a toddler in tow.

Rebecca Paterson has a two month old and a two year old and that's exactly how she felt on a recent outing to her local Super Target, the first time she ventured out with both boys.

As her toddler starting melting down, a woman approached her and offered to help. The Houston Chronicle reported that Tiffany Jones-Guillory came up to Paterson and offered to walk with her and hold little Jacob so she could finish her shopping.

Not only did Tiffany soothe Jacob, she spent a total 45 minutes with the young family. In the midst of other shoppers judgmental glances, Rebecca called Tiffany an angel.

If we could all walk through our day looking for little moments where we can help others rather than condemn, we too might be able to be an angel to someone in need.
